Obaachan’s coleslaw Photo

Ingredients - 

salad

50 g green pepper (

thinly sliced

)
500 g cabbage (

julienne

)
120 g onion(s) (

thinly sliced

)
180 g celery (

thinly sliced

)
50 g carrot(s) (

julienne

)
65 g sugar

dressing

130 ml rice vinegar
90 ml vegetable oil (or olive oil)
0.5 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp dried mustard

Instructions

Once cut, put all of the veggies into a bowl and toss with 65g of sugar.

Combine the ingredients of the dressing in a bowl, then add that to the salad and combine.

Cover it in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours. Stir well before eating and enjoy!
